Toastmasters的Competent communication Manuel一共分为10个项目，每一个项目有不同的侧重点，这样通过每一次演讲帮助演讲者提高演讲所需要的基本素质，当完成10个演讲时候，就是CC Title，表明你在公众演讲一块，有了很大的提升。
但是我的理解是，如果其中的演讲没有做好，就会不断的欠债。
C6的演讲的目标是：Vocal Variety
1. Use voice volume, pitch, rate and quality to reflect and add meaning and interest to your message.
2. Use pasued to enhance your message.
3. Use vocal variety smoothly and naturally.
